At Ethix.dev, we’ve been looking at the real estate industry and noticing a massive gap. High-end video tours sell houses, but they are expensive, time-consuming, and require a film crew. Static images are easy, but they feel "dead" and don't convey the emotion of a home.
We built SceneStatte.ai to bridge that gap. It is a platform that takes simple inputs—like a photo or a headshot—and uses a sophisticated stack of Generative AI to build realistic, immersive video tours.
Here is a deep dive into the three modes we’ve built and how they change the game for agents and developers:
1. Onsite Mode: The biggest challenge for agents is that they can’t be everywhere at once. Onsite Mode changes that.
- The Workflow: An agent uploads a photo of a property (say, a living room) and a professional headshot. If they don't have a headshot, we built an AI-assisted generator right into the platform to create one.
- The Tech: This is where our stack shines. We use Nano Banana to perform a complex composition, blending the agent’s likeness into the property environment so the lighting and perspective match perfectly. Then, Gemini analyzes the room and generates a script and a specific set of actions (gestures, walking paths) that fit the context. Finally, Veo3 renders the video.
- The Result: A video of the agent walking through the room, pointing out features, and selling the property without ever stepping foot inside. Don’t like the script? Regenerate it. Don’t like the action? Change it. It puts the agent in the driver's seat.
2. Narrated Mode: Automated Storytelling Sometimes the property is the star. In this mode, users upload a gallery of images. SceneStatte.ai analyzes the architectural flow, the lighting, and the unique selling points. It then generates a coherent script and produces a smooth, narrated video tour. This allows agents to turn a standard listing into a guided documentary-style experience in minutes, not days.
3. Vibe Montage Mode: capturing the Emotion Real estate is often an emotional purchase. People buy a "vibe" as much as they buy square footage. Users upload a property image, and our platform generates a "Vibe Montage"a stylistic, atmosphere driven video. whether it’s a cozy, rainy-day jazz vibe for a study or a sunny, high-energy cut for a pool area. This is designed specifically for social media engagement (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) where mood matters more than specs.
We are proud of the engineering that went into this. By leveraging Gemini for high-level reasoning and script generation, Nano Banana for the complex image composition, and Veo3 Fast for rapid video generation, we’ve reduced the time it takes to create marketing assets from days to minutes.
